He did not do apprenticeship it was NVQ level 1&2 in MIG welding and fabrication. it was done whilst he was in work he did not attend collage for this, I think this is where we come...

Yeah Matt was only welding for 4 years and that was 5 years ago! so he needs to get at least 2 years so we've been told.

I dont think we need an assurer to just the sponsor, have heard yet from my cousin so not holding out much hope to be honest,
