Yes I agree with you . Spent a bit this time on the revamp .so we need someone to come and view and the weather to pick up. my hubby kept telling me to remember to look at the house as if you are...

I am still stuck in uk at moment.
I have been on and off the market for 4 years. 3 diff estate agents . We have got to rent if we don't sell soon...

You were lucky to also get the 5 years hsb guarantee thats will also save you heaps more in the future. Are you in the UK are Oz. Sounds like you got a amazing deal.

Well I am one of the unlucky ones trying to sell my house. I didn't say I could change the market it was just a opinion . I can not understand why it upsets you so when you say your not even selling...

Wow well done. Just out of interest had it been on sale for that price for a while are had the vendor kept dropping the price.

No I disagree with you . Its the Estate agents that value the house. No one wants to pay the asking price. I bet you won't on your next house. Some people who come to look round just want a day...

Yes house prices will keep falling if people keep dropping the price. I think just my opinion that if people stop reducing people may decide to make offers . If I was after a house in Uk and say it...

We can't afford to rent our as we need all the cash to take with us. A lot up for rent seem to be snatched up quick. Good luck and keep my fingers crossed for you.
