When you say the best way is to go in on a TWP then apply for the Red Seal, are employers still happy to take you on and do they pay a lot less because you have not got the ticket.

Sorry, i didn't think it was that important about what electrician I was when it came to sitting the Red Seal.

I do most commercial works associated with BMS control systems, heating control...
