thank you for the replies, yes I have done the NCLEX and have my nursing licence, and have got a job offer, so the DS-230 forms and the ETA 9089 forms are both in.

No, I did not pay any money. I am aware of the Retrogression but not really sure of the procedure following the forms which I have sent.
