Expat, are you waiting for the passport to return to you from DC? Did you already send it off? If I'm right thinking you reside in S Cal could you not drive to LA?

Well its being mailed tomorrow. I included:

- Form C1
- Two Identical Photos
- Credit Card Authorization
- Existing Passport

I photo copied everything before it was mailed. I just hope it is...
