I don't think about going back becasue I want to sponge, no matter where I am in the world I pay taxes and contrube to a commiunty. before I left the UK I never claimed benefits in my life...

He said it was between 12 or 13 years yeh and did not have a return ticket last time.

He kept his old passport and the j1 was for 2 years so they let him in the US becasue he had 3 other j1's and...

I thought with a J1 that if you leave even if you overstayed can come back becasue customs have to figure out you were overstaying?

Alao if my friend as a ticket that is heading out of the US does...

I have a friend from England who as overstayed on a J1, the J1 was for working, for 13 years as been paying Fedural and local taxes, part owner of a business and is part of a community...
