Hey there, thanks for the note - I had used Sans link to find the arthritis specific product before sending on to my Dad.
And they work out a lot lot cheaper than me posting them over too!

We just put a self addressed envelope in the pack with our passports etc that we posted to CHC.
When we received the package back the postage was paid.
CHC also include a form for you to complete...

We sent our passports off via Royal Mail to be signed for on 3rd April and CHC received them on the 4th. So its been 3 weeks but there has been easter bank holiday in there.
