A friend of mine has just returned from Goa and after speaking to locals and expats, he was shocked to hear that CG is withholding...

After returning recently from Goa i have to stress to all that if you are not a PIO do not purchase! You will not be able to register the sale deed in your name and will have problems when it comes...

I agree buying as a non Indian is not worth the stress and hastle! Its unfortunate that agents like Chris Gregory and Chuchills are still selling to non Indians!!
