Thanks you guys...we are looking at either Okotoks area or Red Deer, housing seems cheaper in Red Deer by miles! Lots for us to think about anyway.

When we move, we will bring with us just over $100,000 CND. We would need a 4+ bedroomed house south of Calgary as we have 3 kids. Hubby would be the only one working initially, p.a. around $50,000...
