my daughter is in a similar situation she wants to move to australia but cant seem to relate her uk qulaifications in tourism to the list....

My daughter is a reception supervisor in Uk, apart from her now seperated husband, her biological father in uk resisdent but she has not had a relationship with him, and my son is uk resident but...

Hi everyone, we have just renewed our daughters uk passport but when it returned instead of her PR paper visa page there is a microchip.Is this holding her visa information or am I supposed to send...

Well a response is good, like you say you have to make the move first before they show what if anything they will do. I took your advice and contacted them too still waiting for a reply.

when RSMS period is complete what happens?

Out of curiosity...if you have a 2 year RSMS period when that period has been worked do you need to do anything else in regards to having an appropriate visa, or do you just keep the same visa stamp...

I started work in Australia on a 457 visa in Feb 2008, I applied for my RSMS perm visa straight away and it was granted in Sept 2008, does anyone know if it is possible for the 7 months...

Yep on shore in NT lodged in Darwin 20th March...CO had a months holiday as well during that time !!!!

Yes we were on the 457 thread together...OMG what a nightmare you are having. Have you got a plan B??? Was your 457 only for 1 year is that why you only have 52 days...sorry if the answers...

We applied on 20/3/08 RSMS paperbased via Darwin office. CO allocated 14/4/08. Meds and...
