Sorry.. I don't mean to be rude, but the passport and visa issue is not the problem. The problem is that neither I nor my son have had any rights or protection which is written into the chinese law...

What the embassy will not do is pretty much everything.. They've done nothing in 3 years and they continue to do that with much tact and diplomacy. I am on my own in this situation....
