I did not get the offer formally regarding the Notary fees paid. I spoke to Paula at Fadesa who, as long as we complete before 15th Dec. was happy to give us this offer on our Rago 1...

I don't know who your original Solicitor was, but I have used Susana fro Osna Consulting....she has been very good at chasing Fadesa to date.
