my apologies for not answering your question.... but, do you still need to take CGFNS before taking NCLEX-Texas? Thought only Florida and Texas accept foreign-born nurses to take NCLEX without CGFNS....

you can't get H1B visa in 2 weeks time in the phils. Better to exit first at Canada or Mexico and have your passport stamped with visa before returning Phils.

Better check the form. I dont exactly remember what the form has, but you need to sign it (as well as the employer). And signing it means everything is true, no buts, no ifs.

Yes. The BCIS/INS would be the one to notify you... but don't worry, its unlikely that the employer would cancell H1B application. Its not that easy; a lot of questioning and all that.
