yes, fortuantely I belong to a High Risk Country and I dont have any problems with security or any document.

After some research I have found that DIAC has made a system in which Applicants are categorized in assigning CO's.

Priority wise Allocation of CO's

1- British Applicants.

I am from a high risk country. In my country the criminal record is not computerised( i feel this will be a delay cause in internal/external/checks).
