Same where I am, they do negotiate if it's long term rent though and the longer you rent in my experience the more they are willing to reduce the rent

I think your're right. I live in a tourist area in Florence and do pay high rent but the further out you go the rent can be reduced by half what I pay.

translation of marriage certificate

does anyone know of an agency in tuscany that can translate a british marriage certificate into italian? as far as i know when translated it has to be certified by the italian courts-is that right?
