there are plenty of shop in panaji like.... living room, grandis and guatier ..dont try to go for the option of a local carpenter as this in my expereance add to the price ... the above ready...

my friend just watch ... there are a lot of laws change in goa /india for expats buying land or apartment ... remember you do need to have the 182 day residency to buy any thing legally .... there...
