Im booked in with a solicitor tomorrow to get our docs certified. She said she would charge me about £20 for 30ish copies, which is not too bad as she first quoted me £5 a sheet!

I spent a year in oz before and rented my house out and didnt have to pay tax on the rent as it was the only income i was getting in the uk so i got a clearance letter...
