We just got this mesage. Our application was recvd on Nov 7, 2006. It took about 7.5 months for us.

Congrats!

We sent our application first week on Nov to NSC. The site says the application recd on Nov 7, but NOA says Nov 17. Any idea for this discrepancy?

We are still waiting.

You have hit the nail on its head on the issue I am facing. I did find that Colorado also comes under NSC, so I guess that is good.

I may apply to NSC with old address and then give them change...

My wife's card arrived about 4 days after "two" welcoming letter. As was stated previously in the thread, it may be worthwhile to get the stamp. Stamp is equivalent to the card.
