You are financially responsible until she becomes a US citizen that is 5 years. But if marriage is true and not fake then why is this a problem?

Your being in service has no bearing on her case. If the service member has a case then only it benefits. If she has overstayed without a green card or any other visa she is illegal.Yes your marrying...

No Automatic Status, She has to file for Adjustment of Status I-485A forms for illegally staying over. Plus this will be present in front of the court and they will decide.

Well,

This is a definite violation liable for a denial. You will have to fight this in court with ins. In most cases spouses of US citizens get away with it easily otherwise it is an uphill task....
