I think it was aknowledged by the following month so if you lodged July you should be hearing regards to a case officer next month been your 10th month, any questions you may have do not...

We found the POPC web system useless, it appears to come up with ridiculous numbers so take no notice of it, when did you lodge? It does take 10 months from lodgement to be assigned a case...

It might help you to know, myself & my husband lodged Jan 06, our Daughter had only been a permanant resident at that time for 16 months so the 2year rule doesn't always matter...
