Perhaps they are like the Milwaukee office - my husband and I interviewed on the 15th and at the end, the officer told my husband that they were behind on some paperwork but we would hear something...

Update: I received an email on Tuesday saying that my case had been approved as of the 16th (our interview was on the 15th) and a welcome letter was in the mail. I received another one on Wednesday...
