Becoming a US Citizen.....

Is it true that an immigrant wanting to become a US Citizen must remain married up until filing for citizenship to the spouse that sponsered them to come to the US or was I misinformed?

Question K-3 extension after expired??

I have a friend who's husband was back in his native country when his K-3 expired. Can they file for an extension at this point or do they have to start with a new K-3 petition?

I have not received anything saying the I-130 was approved and the online staus says still processing. It has been almost three years now.

It is from the U.S. Department of State, National Visa Center, 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsouth, NH 03801. It says to mail a cashier's check or money order (no personal checks) to the National Visa...

Not for any reason. He wants to file for citizenship one day in the future. The BCIS told us to go ahead and file for adjustment of status.
