we really liked Halifax and other parts of NS like Lunenburg and Mahone Bay and Windsor.... Baddeck and Capte Breton is scenic but we...

Best Saving Account in Canada

Hi there,

Just wondering what does everyone is using for saving account..

The best so far I've found was RBC with a rate of 3.25%

Pretty low I know.. As I am used to a 5.75% in the UK...!

like others say - passport renewal should be much quicker. after we had meds in dec we renewed my son and my passport via the post office - paid an extra £7 or so and had them both back...

Hey Andy! we had ppr at end Jan and sent passports via our agent so we reckon CIC got them about 4 weeks ago... hope we don't have to wait too much longer...just want to get on with things!!

Moneycorp just phoned to tell me that £ has dropped 2 cents on CAD from CAD$2.32 to CAD$2.30... the chap thinks it will continue to drop :( not drastically or anything... but still..
