Getting work

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if it is harder to get work in Ireland if you are not already living there ?

My husband is trying to sort out work before we go he's not fussed about what he does.

Thanks for the info, do some Landlords have a problem renting out to people with kids ? only reason i ask is in the UK most of the Large houses don't want kids in them.

Sorry to jump your post, but does it make a difference if you get housing benefit in the UK ?

I don't but also not sure about the child benefit...who pays that ? UK at same rate or...

We was a little afraid of this and wasn't to sure as to deleting it off his CV, apart form the security industry wanting 10 years history. It's not something any of us advertise...

thanks again for the reply's i have looked at the tax rate and hubby has been applying for work (haven't heard anything back as yet). We are now looking into him applying for security jobs as he used...

I currently live in the UK with my husband and 5 kids, husband works for local water company as a waste water operator and was wondering what the chances were of him finding work...
