Hi All,

I could do with a bit of advice, I received my letter from the ACS stating:

"Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 2231-79 of the ASCO code, ...." however...

Got my letter this morning, but didn't state I was specialising in CISSP so I reckon I have to go back and do it all again :(

but at least they said yes, but I need those MODL points ;)

as far as I know they will make their decision on what they currently have and will not ask for further info ... although I may be wrong ;)

submitted via email the last info they requested on 09/02/06 and it went to "with assessor" on 09/03/06

I have heard of people getting through self employed, I unfortunately have no personal experience of any such case, as long as you have reasonable...

I got an email asking for further information, as part of this email they said no other information would be requested. I subsequently sent the information via email and they in turn confirmed via...

they confirmeded they didn't need any further info on the 10th Feb and that my application has been forwarded for assessment. At the moment, the assessment update page on ACS stll says in "process".

my status is now awaiting documents as well.... the MCP ID and access code, which I don't now if I ever had... it was over seven years..... I want to scream, I never thought they would ask me for...

Sent initial app on the 23/01, received the the to be allocated acknowledgement email on 30/01

I applied as 2231-79 specialising in CISSP (seemed easier to prove than network sec.) with a MCSE about 7 years ago and six years references, although I have about nine years full time IT experience....
