Its not getting the form, I had filled it in and all the supporting documents were with it!

It will take a couple of weeks to fill it all in again and photocopy the originals documents...

OK. When I read this it means to me that they are 'ADVISING' that your application should be complete with evidence of English Language Test because they can then process it quickly.
