similar situation waiting for reply on skilled independent 136 modl visa. no shortage of work for nurses in any state, just takes awhile to get skilled assessed from anmc. and visa...

at present i believe it's taking 3 months from acknowledgement of apllication until case officer is assigned, usually you then get the request to go for medical, you can save time and...

glad to hear your case officer is reasonable. we have had same problem for over 2 months now and have spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees trying to get cooperation from mother of non migrating...
