The visa letter makes no specific reference of where to send passports for visa's to be put in, only that the passports are to be sent to an offshore office. Are we right in...

Thanks. We didn't use an agent so e-mail came direct to us. No forwarding address on it but it does mention the visas being evidenced at our 'local offshore office, which we take as being Australia...
