Is there a quota for Permanent Residency?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know whether there is a specific quota every year for Permanent Residency? If so how does that work?

Regarding Landing & Initial stay in Canada.

What are the procedures that we have to do once we land in Canada? eg. apply for PR card? things like that.

How long does this process take?

If you depsit your money in a non-resident account in the Royal Bank of Canada in advance before we land there is it ok if we show a recent bank statement from that bank showing the necessary funds...
