I would recommend not shipping any food.

Even though most of the foodstuffs may be OK by Australian Quarantine regulations to be imported, you may find yourself with a larger bill for Quarantine...

The Aussie Customs computer system does require an address (a PO Box is not sufficient) and the handling agent in Australia will not be able to make a Customs entry for you without one. At worst...
