Have not been on forum for a couple of years. We had paid large deposit on a plot and when MF went into Admin we went on list of creditors.

Had a good read of all threads and just wondered what...

Bit worrying as today we were told by MP that we can still complete on the plot before 30th September.

I think it is too late for Plot Buyers to join up to protect their interests with the tight time schedules for completing or registering as a creditor.

Be interesting to hear how you got on today.

Have been looking on Reuters and it appears that at 4.29pm today Martinsa Fadesa filed for Administration.

As we had paid 50% on our plot and were waiting for electricity to complete does anybody...

On R8 which is a cul de sac on Golf II. Our plot is more or less opposite John and Kaths with the golf course in between us both.

On our last visit in November 2 villas were already under...

Have just looked up our motorhome log book as we have done the trip twice from Bilbao.

Ferry always seems to arrive around 8am and you are usually on the road at rush hour in Bilbao but...
