I would imagine that the main reason that Oz is not in the EU is because it's not in Europe! :) The EU is a coalition of countries set up to provide a local common market to produce and export goods...

Have you tried www.cdwow.com? They deliver CD's and DVD's all over Europe with no delivery costs and have a great bargain basement!!!
