Mr. Miller and all,

I applied as a skilled worker to the consulate in Buffalo. Here is the timeline

Applied: Nov 2002
AOR: Dec 2002
Med: Jan 2004
Updated Background Docs: April 2004...

What is the preferred method of sending documents to the Canadian Consulate in Buffalo?

Switching from B1/B2 to H1B

I am currently in the US on B1/B2 visa and was issued a H1b document.

Does this require that I leave the US and get the visa stamped on my passport or is the transition just like the F1 to H1b...

Help! FBI Clearance for family?

Hi,

I am married.

Should I send 2 fingerprint cards to the FBI (mine and my wife's)? Seperately or together?
Or just mine as the pricipal applicant, and should I send $18 or $36 then???
