many thanks Rene.....i have just finished filing out the final set of forms and they will be posted tomorrow so all that i have to do now is to arrange my medical and then wait for an interview...

thanks.....i think we have made an error as we sent orginals of evidence of support with the I129f application.......i do still have lots of photos and plane receipts....also we now have a joint bank...

thanks for the web address.....my beef was that we phoned the advice line to check and mentioned the the cheque and who it was payable and for how much and the guy we spoke to never told us of the...

the second time i went to court and was given a Â£40 fine and a bound over to behave for 12 months which i did...both these offences were...
