She is in Ontario and from what I found out through my search it seems that the fee is anywhere from $5K to $20K. It seems that $5K is just when they caught you without any other infraction. They...

I claimed 8, as for the second language either you're moderate or high, you're given 8. I hope I can refresh my memory for the test. By the way, do you know any place where I could find TEF practice...

In the meantime I've been able to get a fax of that letter and it says.. 120 days. i figure that for french it might be longer as there are less exams during the year... maybe.
