We brought our 2 sofas, IKEA furniture, Sofa bed etc.

We even brought our used dyson hoover (thoroughly cleaned of course)

We also brought an LCD TV which worked fine with our english DVD HD...

Gazebo's and Liquid Limestone?

We have liquid limestone around our spa.

We have a canter lever umbrella for shade at the moment but would like a more permanent structure in place.

We're thinking of maybe a wood framed gazebo...

I've heard of the solarspan roof. Keeps the heat out in summer and in in winter due to the insulated middle bit.

Is it expensive?

Apart from the obvious rain dripping (Gushing in some places!) over the edge of the sail shade, I thought they were waterproof.

Seagalls do those cantilever thingy's from $99 for the crappy one to $599 for the deluxe model :)

They are only in WA though.

That's why I'm asking for pros and cons from the people who have them as I'm not entirely sure if I want to go down that avenue.

Looking for something to cover our spa/entertainment area. Have thought about various options like an African gazebo, patio etc but keep going back to the thought of a sail shade.

I disagree. Not everything is.
We have the some of the cheapest petrol in the northern burbs. Other things you just have to know where to get them.
