I remember going round the Police Museum as well - that was fascinating but probably not to everyone's taste

See England thrash the Aussies at the MCG - even better.

Go up the Skydeck, go around the laneways, go see the Pinnacles, go visit the wineries - that's for a start.

That's okay. I was just wondering summer, winter, or whatever to tailor my recommendations.

For example Great Ocean Rd, spring and autumn, and summer if not too hot. But I wouldn't recommend it in winter.

Don't forget to tell them to take a nice warm coat ....................... whatever the time of year
