My guess is as good as yours, perhaps CIC is waiting for your Background/ Sec. checks, they shall not send you the passport request unless the checks are over.

I just couriered my passport to CIC-Berlin today --- Hopefully it ll be received by Monday--- cant really wait to see the shinning visa on my passport--- :) .

Did CIC-Berlin requested you to pay the ROPR fee with (or just before) your medical rquest or acutually you paid the fee before they requested to do so?
