It normally takes a month from the date you file to receive the NOA.

Just send them what they are asking you for - and whatever you have. For whatever you don't have, I would consider sending an explanation(s) on why you would not be able to provide those docs.

I...

Re: Best state in America to live,California or Florida? And 2nd best state to call ho

Yeah, it is cooler than Phoenix. However, if someone truly wants to enjoy AZ, one of the best places is Flagstaff. Up in the mountains. Even the summers are gorgeous there!

Re: Best state in America to live,California or Florida? And 2nd best state to call ho

Re: Best state in America to live,California or Florida? And 2nd best state to call ho

Don't forget Arizona. Gorgeous, open state, with great weather (ok, it gets hot during the summer but not humid). NO natural disasters (except dust storms, which cause traffic to slow down at worst)....

Re: I-751 (2007 Only)

Rene is right. What you send to them as a response to an RFE received would depend on what they have asked you for.

In my case, they asked for a statement explaining the conditions surrounding the...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

I didn't realize that. Thanks for the information.

Except for getting it notarized, my statement is ready. I will get it notarized tomorrow and then mail it to USCIS.

Re: notice of termination of conditional resident status

If you had simply missed your deadline and not received any notification from USCIS about the termination of your status, I would have probably suggested that you go ahead and file immediately, with...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

A thought just crossed my mind (wish Mr. F were here to respond to it) - I am supposed to provide evidence to establish the bona fide nature of the marriage and that is what they are supposed to make...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

I was thinking of doing that as well. Have around 150 photos. Never sent any.

But I don't think I will.

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

Thats what I am thinking too. If they needed extra evidence, they would have asked for it. But they just asked for a statement. I am thinking that the evidence that they got was considered good...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

Even though I have seen some RFEs followed by interview calls, generally speaking, I have noticed that once you have sent in an RFE, the next thing is either an approval or denial. Generally...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

I was actually thinking of sending a statement signed by both, but I haven't made my mind up yet.

Yes, we are on extremely good terms.

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

I will have to look up my list and get back to you on what I sent. My nationality? I am Indian. I don't think that has anything to do with the RFE. I have read of a ton of peope who got RFEd, and had...

Re: RFEd - CIS needs a statement.

Thats what I am hoping for as well. My gut says that they probably accepted the evidence that I had, since they have not asked for any additional evidence.

I have to respond by November 7th, I am...
