Both of my calls to my ex and my daughter in the UK where answered immediately using the same cell phone..

My phone company is AT&T cellular.

Got through to lady a DWP at 11:40am local time Friday. She said they had sent a 'Life Certificate' and had no reply. The Certificate has to be sent to DWP though the mail.

Well folks....here's the latest.

Spent 3 hours this morning on a friends land line. 6;30am to 9:30am....Constant busy or international circuits stacked up. Waited 15 minutes on hold with UK...

No no no. ........CITIBANK are the agents HMG use to exchange the pound to dollars and forward the money in dollars to my bank account.

The only dog n bone I got is a cell. International calls are expensive and with my plan, 200 free minutes...not so good.

I checked current UK pension....107gbp and change a week x 4 = 428gbp or
$676.00. a month. Plus my US SS pension doesn't appear to be much but there's housing and and council tax benefits to apply...
