As far as I am aware your police check will have expired, it only lasts a couple of months. Sorry. Someone else might be able to give you exact time scales.

If Sponsorship if the best way to gain entry does it make it any harder to find a job. i.e. is a skilled worker more likely be to offered a job then a sponsorship entry??
