it added to £245 but I only got convicted for the time I got caught the £245 was just extra they wanted for it but my conviction it self is for the one time I was found

I also messaged the same people and they said if it’s not on my acro (police record/certificate I don’t need to disclose it)

I have no way to find an actual legit US laywer all I have is the Information I can get from online that’s why obviously I have time until my esta expires it’s just for renewal

I don’t plan on going Canada it’s just the us one and the question is the person property or government which I don’t know if one...

The message I sent above was them saying they don’t ask about CIMT anymore and it was a rail forum for the uk I asked n they said since it’s a regulation summary offence fine and unpaid fares...

the ESTA asks about "crimes of moral turpitude"...it doesn't any more and a regulations offence would not likely have been considered such anyway as...

Hi all,

I was convicted in the UK for fare evasion used my cousins card for about 40 journeys I paid a fine and unpaid fares. It was a summary-only offence, non-recordable, and becomes “spent”...
