Married name and pds/other documents

Hello,

My wife has her married name on her passport.
Does anyone know how this issue can be addressed when applying for pds, codice fiscale and eventually residence in Italy?

Is the 90/180 check only based on stamps or do they swipe the passport onto the scanner? I have never had officers manually checking all the stamps.

Hi, does anyone here own a house and visit according to the 90/180 rule or do you know someone who does?
If so how do you / they find the routine of having to leave for months at a time?

so the permit is valid for a year, one applies and they may be waiting so long that by the time the permit is ready you have already had to apply for a new one.....mmmm

Elective Visa can be tricky.
I have heard that sometimes each consultate have their own requirements as to yearly income! So Londo may ask for the 31k a year as per rules yet Chicago in the USA asks...

Reason I am asking is becauxse looking after a property from abroad can be difficult.

It is in order to start the jure sangunis process. Once started one can then apply for a full pds.

I would apply for citizenship jure sanguinis but of course I need to register my residence first. To do that the Shengen visa is enough.

200 euros a year when one takes into account how much you pay NI in the uk is probably reasonable.
I guess for someone who is retired mych less so.

Hi North Yorks is an area we really like. We would consider relocating to Whitby or slightly South towards Ravenscar.
Maybe we shall do so if the abroad idea fails.
