Hello I would like to know if my passport will get stamped upon arrival in France via the ferry?

If you are a third country national (i.e. you do not hold an EU passport) then unless you show a French residence permit at the border, then your passport will normally be stamped as a matter of course if you enter France at a port (ferry or air).
