I'm on the ground here, finslly the world is listening and Trump did what millions of Venezuelans have been hoping for. The process to recovery won't be quick or easy.

Just got off phone to IPC after 5th attempt and after listening to different automatic replies, the first 4 being the same message that at one point makes...

As you sy there has to be a secure and better way to deal with the compliance/completion & return of IPCs request for Life Certificates... In my case in particular and for other IPC beneficiaries,...

No reliable international Postal Service here, so..... last year my son left Vzla. to join my other son in Spain, took letter with him and posted on from there.
