Could anybody tell me please, what is US S.O.C Label

Its clearly written in the Letter I got to submit...

Its clearly written in the Letter I got to submit the passport as "Passort(s) submitted by mail cannot be picked up in person. They will be returned to you by mail"

Its upto you. I think no harm to get it notraize. If you have true translation to english...
