Many thanks for responding - this is potentially relevant for me: I'm certainly not taking anything for granted but I reckon there is a decent chance I might get the 100 granted alongside the 309...

Did you ever get an answer on this question - does the 12 month requirement of the 309 still apply after the 100 is granted or does the 5 year requirement of the 100 become the relevant requirement?
