There is no such thing in the UK as a "Pardon" but correct all my discretions have been "stepped down" in the UK and no longer show on any level of criminal record check.

Canada has a pardon...

sorry but it is factually wrong - it isnt the case that you have to disclose everything in Canada - there is a pardon and purge process that has legal bearing, correct not saying what they are for...

This is factually wrong - in the UK I can find quite easily questions that ask "have you ever" - and guess what - I can legally tick NO - I assume Canada have a similar system and hence why I asked...
