Okay thank you for the clarification. The place in question is a law firm, fully open/public i.e. with a website etc. on list of available lawyers at the British Embassy etc. We have no business ties...

Happy to recommend the lawyer we used, we're in the Alentejo but contacted several and found these to be the most professional and a fair value, much less than many we found but not countryside...

Best bet would be to look on Upworks.com or similar I would say, if you haven't already. You'll find fixed price, or able to negotiate, and can see lots of reviews.
