Are you able to get a long term visa where you are currently located to give your husband time to settle in. I have a Golden Visa for UAE so there is no issue for my family to stay here...

I had a call from my HR rep to say it was done and then received the formal offer. This process took about a week and a half from providing all of my documents.

One of the first things I was asked in my initial HR screening was how did I feel about not being able to being able to access family accommodation and schooling at Neom for up to two years.

Yes. It seems to be a common arrangement. I also have older, high school, kids so moving them to Neom is not really an option.

I am not sure this is the case as I received a formal offer last week. To be honest the process from initial contact to offer has moved fairly quickly.
